Hola,
Mi padre esta desesperado, ha perdido todos los archivos de trabajo, no sabe que ha sucedido porque entiende muy poco de ordenadores, el caso es que de la noche a la mañana esta todo su portatil encriptado y no ha hecho nada para que esto ocurra!!
Debe ser algun virus, no? No puede abrir las facturas, fotos, etc... se le ha instalado en cada carpeta un par de archivos que dicen lo mismo en 2 extensiones diferentes. Adjunto el texto, pero para resumir, pone que si no pincha en el enlace que dan, no hay forma de recuperar nada. No queria pinchar pero finalmente lo hice y sale una web donde te piden pagar por la clave para desencriptar, y dice que cada "X" tiempo va subiendo la cuota. A alguien se le ocurre una forma gratuita de solucionar este problema? Es que ni pagando creo yo que vaya a recuperar nada, verdad? Al contrario... no me quiero ni imaginar lo que harian despues con el numero de cuenta que des...
